Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which I, Gabriela Marramaque, as a Queer self employed artist with a small business, may collect, use, maintain and disclose information collected from users of this website, my mailing list and in any other case I may need to collect and maintain users’ data. I am committed to maintaining my users’ and clients’ data safe and using it respectfully. 

This information is collected solely with the purpose of better providing my users and clients with the best experience possible, personalise their experience, improve my website, run email marketing campaigns, send ads to my services of products they may be interested in, share resources, and occasionally send emails with updates about my career, business or projects I may be involved with.

For this purpose, I collect information such as name, address, email, gender, birthday, self identification as LGBTQI+ or Queer, and their preferences in regards to the type of content they wish to receive from me. The only required information is the email address, every other field is optional.

I collect this information through a survey upon subscribing to my mailing list. Users may at any point unsubscribe using the link and the bottom of my emails, or by contacting me directly at gabriela.marramaque@gmail.com. They can also consult, request to update or delete their data via this email. Upon unsubscribing all data relating to that user will be deleted.

All of the data is collected and maintained in Mailchimp’s platform. You can find their own Privacy Policy in this link: https://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy/. I also rely on their cookies to track the success of my email marketing campaigns. I will never share, rent, trade or sell user’s data to others.
